River and Eleven yet again! With their infamous handcuffs. :D I was accepted into the Gallifrey One artshow this year, and figured I’d better finish up a few more finished pieces to display! This was a bit of a new style experiment, but I’ve found digital lines to be far more time consuming than pencil, so I doubt I’ll be using this technique too often in the future.
